New train services are introduced on the transharbour line (Panvel - Nerul - Thane) from 29th May 2010. Pls find the updated time table here:
PS: As you can notice (in red font), some Panvel to Thane and Nerul to Thane trains are reaching Thane at almost the same time. If you are aware that some Nerul-Thane trains have been converted to Panvel-Thane and if there is some duplication in this transharbour line time table, do let us know.

ReplyDeletethere is no need for ladies special train if ladies get first 3 compartment enough. the train is very empty & after this train 9.52 vashi train so much rush in gents compartment.pl.make changes if possible.
ReplyDeleteThe time table from Thane to Panvel and Panvel to Thane is the best. I like it very much and highly appreaciate the person who has done it.

माननीय महोदय,
सध्या मध्य रेल्वेच्या ठाणे स्थानकामधून वाशी व पनवेल साठी हार्बर रेल्वेची नियमित सेवा सुरु आहे.दोन्ही स्थानाकासाठीच्या लोकल मध्ये प्रचंड गर्दी असते. शहर व उपनगरांची वाढती लोकसंख्या लक्षात घेता या लोकलच्या फेऱ्या अपुरया पडू लागल्या आहेत.ठाणे स्टेशन मधील वाढती गर्दी व रेल्वे पादचारी पूलावर होणारी प्रवाशांची कोंडी व घुसमट लक्षात घेता केव्हाही एखादी मोठी दुर्घटना घडू शकते. महिला व वृध्द प्रवाशांच्या त्रासाला तर अंतच उरलेला नाही. मध्य रेल्वेचे मुंबई कडील प्रवासी देखील ठाणे-वाशीच्या प्रवाशांमुळे त्रस्त आहेत.
यावर रेल्वे एखादा दूरगामी उपाय काढण्याच्या विचार करत असेलही,पण ठाणे स्थानकात रेल्वे पादचारी पूल उभारूनही ही समस्या त्वरित सुटेल असे दिसत नाही.म्हणून या सर्वावर एकच दूरदर्शी उपाय म्हणून रेल्वे व्यवस्थापनाने त्वरित कल्याणहून सुटून डोंबिवली मार्गे-पारसिक बोगदा- ऐरोली मार्गे वाशी व पनवेलची रेल्वे सेवा त्वरित सुरु करावी अशी मागणी आम्ही सर्व प्रवाशी करत आहोत. या सेवेमुळे मध्य डाऊन मार्गावरील प्रवाशांचा फायदा तर होईलच शिवाय रेल्वे व्यवस्थापनाचा ठाणे स्थानकावरील वाढता ताण कमी होईल.
रेल्वेकडे या मार्गावर मध्य रेल्वेची माल वाहतूक सुरु आहेच,त्यामुळे रेल्वे लाईन टाकण्यचा खर्च पडणार नाही.व आहे त्याच लाईन वरून कल्याण रेल्वे प्रवासी वाहतूक सुरु झाल्यास रेल्वेच्या इतिहासात एक नवा अध्याय लिहिला जाईल. तरी यामुळे लाखो प्रवाशांची सोय होईल.
आम्ही सर्व आपणास कळकळीची विनंती करतो कि कल्याण- डोंबिवली मार्गे-ऐरोली मार्गे-वाशी व पनवेल सेवा त्वरित सुरु करावी. व प्रवाशांच्या हाल-अपेष्टा संपवून रेल्वेच्या इतिहासात नवीन पर्व सुरु करावे. आम्ही खाली सही करणारे सर्व प्रवासी या मार्गाने नियमित प्रवास करणारे आहोत व अशाच कित्येक लाखो मध्यम वर्गीय प्रवाशांना आपण कल्याण- डोंबिवली मार्गे-ऐरोली मार्गे-वाशी व पनवेल सेवा सुरु करून न्याय मिळवून द्यावा ही कळकळीची विनंती.
M P Ashtekar SDE BSNL was posted in Roha stores after his longest stay in Kalyan SSA. He was doing up down daily from Kalyan to Roha but met an accident on Panvel Railway station due to heavy rush of DEEWALI Railway management is totally irresponcible and will never listen to public cry?
