Matunga and Mulund stations:

Fast trains leaving CST from 10.08 am to 2.51 pm will be diverted o­n slow line between Matunga and Mulund stations. These trains will halt at all stations between Sion and Mulund during the block period.

Up line fast trains leaving Thane from 10.50 am to 3.36 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla during the block period.

The trains will run 15-20 mins behind schedule.

Kalyan-Thane: Up line fast local trains leaving Kalyan station from 10.30 am to 3.53 pm will be diverted on the slow line between Kalyan and Thane Stations (will stop at all stations up to Thane). After Thane, they will be redirected on fast line but will stop at the following stations between Thane and CST: Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla, Dadar and Byculla.

Sunday Mega Block Timings - 4th Nov 2012

Thane - Kalyan: 

Slow / Semi fast trains leaving Mulund from 11.13 am to 3.30 pm will be diverted o­n fast line between Mulund and Kalyan stations and will halt at Thane and Dombivali stations.These trains will not stop at Kalva, Mumbra, Diva, Kopar and Thakurli stations during the block period. 

Commuters are permitted to travel via Kalyan / Dombivali in Up direction. 

Bandra/Andheri - CST:

Harbour line services for Bandra/Andheri leaving CST from 10.48 am to 3.33 pm will remain suspended.
Harbour line services for CST leaving Bandra /Andheri  from 10.40 am to 3.45 pm will remain suspended.

Harbour line passengers for Bandra / Andheri are permitted to travel Via Main line and Western Railway from 10 am to 5 pm during the block period.

CST - Panvel:
All Harbour line services for Panvel / Belapur/ Vashi leaving CST from 10.52 am to 3.13 pm will run via Main line between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Kurla. These trains will not halt at Chinchpokli and Currey Road stations.

However special local trains will run o­n CST-Mankhurd and Panvel-Thane sections during the block period. Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel Via Trans Harbour Line / Main Line during the block period. 

Churchgate and Mumbai Central:

 Jumbo block between Churchgate and Mumbai Central (local) stations from 10.35 am to 3.35 pm on on both Up and Down local slow lines. The trains will run on fast lines between Churchgate and Mumbai Central stations. Due to the block some local trains will remain cancelled.

Mumbai Local Trains - Sunday Mega Block

Here are the mega block timings for today:
Thane-Kalyan: Down fast trains leaving CST from 10.03 am to 01.40 pm will be diverted o­n down slow line between Thane and Kalyan stations and will halt at all stations between Thane and Kalyan.

CST-Bandra/Andheri: Harbour line local train services leaving CST from 10.48 am to 4.04 pm for Bandra/Andheri and Harbour line services leaving Bandra /Andheri from 10.40 am to 3.45 pm for CST will remain suspended.

CST-Panvel / Belapur / Vashi: Harbour line services leaving CST from 10.52 am to 3.55 pm for Panvel / Belapur / Vashi will run via Main line between CST and Kurla. These trains will not halt at Currey Road and Chinchpokli stations.


Harbour line passengers for Bandra/ Andheri are permitted to travel via Main / Western line from 10 am to 6 pm during the mega block period.

Mahim-Mumbai Central: There will be a jumbo block between Mahim Junction and Mumbai Central stations from 10.35 am to 3.35 pm o­n Up and Down fast lines. During the block, all Up through line trains will run o­n Up slow lines between Santacruz and Mumbai Central stations and Down through line trains will run o­n Down slow lines between Mumbai Central and Santacruz stations. All Mail/Express trains will run o­n fifth line between Mahim and Mumbai Central. Due to block, some Up and Down local trains will remain cancelled.

Mega block timings | 17th June 2012

Mulund and Matunga: Fast trains leaving CST from 10.20 am to 3.17 pm will run on the slow track between Matunga and Mulund stations and will halt stations between Matunga and Mulund.

Up harbour line services from Panvel/Belapur/Vashi stations leaving Kurla from 10.43 am to 3.48 pm will take the fast main line route up to Bycull and o­n slow line between Byculla and CST. These trains will not halt at Chinchpokli and Currey Road stations.

Five hours jumbo block o­n 5th line between Borivali and Andheri stations from 10.35 hrs to 3.35pm. 

During the period, all Up & Down Mail/Express trains will run o­n through lines (i.e. fast lines) between Borivali and Andheri stations. Suburban locals will run as per schedule.

Between Kalyan and Thane: All Up Slow / semi fast trains leaving Kalyan from 10.25 am to 3.43 pm will be diverted o­n Up fast line between Kalyan and Mulund stations.  Up slow trains will not halt at Thakurli, Kopar, Diva, Mumbra, Kalwa stations.

Commuters can reach these stations via Dombivli and Thane stations in Down direction o­n their valid card/season tickets during the block period.

Between Kurla and CST: All Up Harbour line services for CST leaving Kurla from 10.43 am to 3.48 pm will run via main line o­n Up fast line upto Byculla and o­n Up slow line between Byculla and CST. These trains will not halt at Currey Road and Chinchpokli stations.

Between AndheriOn/Bandra and CST: All down Harbour line services for Bandra/Andheri leaving CST from 10.20 am to 4.04 pm and all Up harbour line services leaving Bandra/Andheri for CST from 10.40 am to 3.45 pm will remain suspended.

Harbour line passengers for Bandra/Andheri are permitted to travel via main line and Western Railway o­n their valid card/season tickets from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm o­n 27th May.

Between Santacruz and Goregaon:                                                                                                                  

Five hours jumbo block is scheduled between Santacruz and Goregaon from 11 am to 4 pm.

During the block period, all Up & Down local line trains will run on through (i.e. fast) lines between Santacruz and Goregaon stations. All Up and Down 12 car slow trains will take double halt at Vile Parle PF 3/4 on the fast lines. Due to the block, some trains will remain cancelled.

HARBOUR LINE

CST - Panvel / Belapur / Vashi: Down Harbour line services to Panvel / Belapur / Vashi leaving CST from 10.23 am to 3.37 pm and Up Harbour line services towards CST leaving Panvel / Belapur / Vashi from 10.20 am to 3.27 pm will remain suspended.

Kurla and Mankhurd: Up & Down Harbour line services will remain suspended between Kurla and Mankhurd. However special trains will run o­n Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - Kurla and Mankhurd - Panvel  sections during the block period.

Harbour line passengers are permitted to travel via Main line and Thane - Nerul / Vashi from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm o­n 20.5.2012.

WESTERN LINE

Borivali and Goregaon: There will be a 5-hour jumbo block between Borivali and Goregaon stations from 11 am to 4 pm during which all Up and Down slow trains will run o­n fast track between Borivali and Goregaon. During the block period trains will run from Platform Nos. 3/4/5/6/6A at Borivali and some trains will remain cancelled.

Up Harbour line services from Panvel / Belapur/Vashi towards CST leaving Kurla from 10.43 am to 3.58 pm will run via Main line between Kurla and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. These trains will not halt at Currey Road and Chinchpokli stations.

Harbour line passengers for Bandra/ Andheri are permitted to travel via Main line and Western Railway from 10 am to 6 pm on 25/03/2012.


WESTERN RAILWAY
Up slow trains will run on Up fast line between Santacruz and Mumbai Central stations from 10.35 am to 3.35 pm. These trains will not halt at Matunga Road, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and Mahalaxmi. Passengers can travel in opposite direction for their destinations between Bandra and Mumbai Central stations.

All 12-car slow services will take double halt at Khar Road and Mahim Junction.
Level Crossing
Gate No.19 will remain closed for road traffic during block period. Some Up and Dn services will remain cancelled.

Tomorrow, on Sunday, 18th March 2012, Railways will again operate a Mega Block... this time on ALL LINES. The mega block timings are as follows:

CENTRAL LINE

Thane-Kalyan:
Down line fast trains leaving Thane will run on slow line from 10.45 am to 2.20 pm. These trains will halt at all stations between Thane and Kalyan.

HARBOUR LINE:

Panvel-Nerul: All Up Harbour line services leaving Panvel from 10.43 am to 2.58 pm will remain suspended between Panvel and Nerul stations.
All Down Harbour line services leaving Nerul from 10.26 am to 3.06 pm will remain suspended between Nerul and Panvel stations.

TRANS-HARBOUR LINE:

Panvel-Thane: All Up Panvel-Thane services leaving Panvel from 11.05 am to 2.16 pm will remain suspended between Panvel and Nerul stations.
Thane-Panvel: All Down Thane-Panvel Transharbour line services leaving Nerul from 11.42 am to 2.48 pm will remain suspended between Nerul and Panvel stations.

Special local trains will run o­n CST – Nerul and Thane – Nerul sections during the mega block.

WESTERN LINE:

Borivali-Goregaon: Jumbo block between Borivali and Goregaon stations from 10.35 am to 3.35 pm o­n both Up & Down Slow lines. Slow trains will run on fast track between Goregaon and Borivali (Platform No. 3/4/5/6/6A) stations.

Trains for Panvel leaving Thane from 10.03 to 2.21 pm will remain suspended up to Nerul.
